IMPORTANT:

  • Australia Post has issued a general notice advising of delays in the lead up to Xmas and around the New Year period.

 

When should I place my order?

  • The sooner the better - remember to check the stock availability status on each product listing.
  • Orders are shipped using Australia Post or Courier services where applicable.
  • Please refer to our recommended delivery times and cut-off dates below.

 

Which shipping method should I choose?

  • To avoid disappointment, we recommend using EXPRESS POST delivery.
  • Please consider this when placing orders between 13 December 2018 and 4 January 2019.

  • Please refer to our information table below.
  • Orders placed after cut-off dates below will continue to dispatch as normal but may not be delivered prior to Xmas.

​How long should I allow for delivery?

  • ECONOMY Post orders:
    • Allow up to 5+ business days for delivery (Australia Post domestic letter service).
    • Upgrade to Express Shipping for faster delivery and tracking service.
       
  • REGULAR Shipping orders:
    • Allow up to 2+ business days for delivery.
       
  • EXPRESS Shipping orders:
    • Allow up to 1+ business days for delivery.
       
  • CLICK & COLLECT orders:
    • Check the availability of your items.
    • Pickup from our Gladesville, Sydney store.
    • Wait to receive our "Ready to Collect" email.
    • Check below for store trading hours.

Our Xmas Delivery Guarantee!
  • Order any in-stock product with Express Shipping and we GUARANTEE delivery for Xmas or delivery is FREE!
  • We will refund your order postage component within 14 days of the payment date if:
    • the order is placed within the cut-off dates above and;
    • a delivery attempt or collection card isn't received on or before 24 December 2018.
  • That's right! We'll refund you the amount paid for delivery if the order doesn't make it in time for Xmas.

If I order after these dates, can I still get my order before Christmas?

  • Of course!
  • Even if you place an order after the above recommended dates, it's still possible to be delivered before Xmas, we just can't guarantee it.
  • Unfortunately orders don't dispatch on days where the store is closed (see store trading hours above).

 

#Terms & Conditions

  • Xmas Delivery Guarantee applies to orders where:
    • Express shipping is selected as the delivery method only (excludes Regular and Economy post services).
    • All products ordered at the time are advertised as in-stock and available to dispatch (excludes pre-orders).
      • ​it's important to check product listings for stock availability.
    • The order is placed prior to 12:30pm AEDT on 17 December 2018.
    • The order is sent to a delivery location within Australia (excludes WA and NT postcodes).
      • and to a metropolitan postcode only (excludes regional and rural locations).
  • If an order includes unavailable stock, the delivery guarantee does not apply and we notify this pre-order status on your basket summary page.
    • A delivery attempt is where the carrier has attempted delivery or left a calling card, but no-one was present to sign for the delivery.
  • If an order qualifies for free shipping or waived delivery charges, or a gift card voucher is redeemed, the delivery guarantee does not apply.
  • A delivery attempt is where the carrier is unsuccessful with obtaining a signature on delivery.
  • The delivery guarantee does not apply to orders where Safe Drop or Authority to leave without signature is requested.
