  • Orders successfully processed dispatch:
    • on weekdays.
    • within a 24 hour period.
      • excludes weekends and public holidays.

    • If stock is unavailable to fulfil the order at the time of purchase, the dispatch period may be extended.
      • includes pre-orders and bulk orders (see section below).​

    • Orders with a total basket weight under 100 grams qualify for:
      • FREE Economy Post shipping
    • Orders with a total basket value over $150 qualify for:
      • FREE Regular eParcel shipping.


Orders Shipped within Australia dispatch:
  • from our Sydney, Australia warehouse.
  • to residential, business, PO Box and Parcel Locker destinations.
  • via Australia Post or other local courier services if applicable.

For Regular Shipping orders (within Australia):

  • Allow a minimum of 2+ working days for parcel delivery.
  • Deliveries are subject to Australia Post delivery network guidelines if applicable.
  • Dispatch from our Sydney, Australia warehouse.
  • Delivery times may vary from state to state, city to city and for metro or regional areas.
  • Postage costs are determined by weight and calculated during the checkout process.
  • Postage costs are subject to GST and non-refundable.
  • Parcel tracking included.
  • Transit cover is included for damaged items or lost parcels.
  • Parcels that arrive with damaged contents or not at all require the recipient to contact us for 'next step' instructions.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful or unclaimed and subsequently returned to sender then $14 retrieval fee may be applicable.

 

​For Express Shipping orders (within Australia):

  • Allow a minimum of 1+ working days for parcel delivery.
  • Deliveries are subject to Australia Post delivery network guidelines if applicable.
  • Dispatch from our Sydney, Australia warehouse.
    • on the same weekday if placed before 12:30pm AEDT.
  • Delivery times may vary from state to state, city to city and for metro or regional areas.
  • Postage costs are determined by weight and calculated during the checkout process.
  • Postage costs are subject to GST and non-refundable.
  • Parcel tracking included.
  • Transit cover is included for damaged items or lost parcels.
  • Parcels that arrive with damaged contents or not at all require the recipient to contact us for 'next step' instructions.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful or unclaimed and the parcel is subsequently returned, a $14 retrieval fee may be applicable.

 

For Economy Shipping orders (within Australia):

  • Allow a minimum of 7+ working days for envelope delivery.
  • Deliveries are subject to Australia Post delivery network guidelines if applicable.
  • Delivery times may vary from state to state, city to city and for regional or metro areas.
  • No tracking or transit cover is included. Please select Regular or Express shipping if you require this service.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful or you are returning an item, a $3 handling fee may be applicable.

 

Tracking Information:

  • Regular or Express shipping orders dispatch by parcel and Australia Post tracked.
  • Tracking information is included with the order dispatch confirmation email.
    • excludes Economy shipping orders.
  • Allow up to 2 hours for parcel tracking information to propagate Australia Post's tracking website.

 

For International Shipping (outside of Australia):

  • Dispatch using Australia Post air mail services or other courier services if applicable.
  • Dispatch from our Sydney, Australia warehouse.
  • ​Tracking information is included.
  • Subject to shipping carrier guidelines and destination country import regulations.
  • Subject to border control and customs clearance procedures (which may include additional taxes and duties).
 


Pre-orders/Bulk Orders:
  • Dispatch when all items on the order become available to fulfil.
    • applicable to orders with a mixture of 'in-stock' and 'unavailable' items.

Payment Methods (at checkout):

  • Credit card and PayPal transactions generally clear instantly and may be subject to ID checks prior to dispatch.
  • Bank Transfers (EFT) generally clear in 1 to 5 working days.
  • PayPal e-cheques generally clear in 4 to 6 working days.
