Q. How long before my order ships?
A. Orders placed (where all items are in-stock) dispatch within a 24 hour period (on weekdays). View shipping page for more information.
 
 
Q. How is my order shipped?
A. We use either Australia Post or local courier services depending on the weight, size and destination of the consignment.
 
 
Q. Where is my order, it hasn’t arrived yet?
A. You can login to your account and check the order status page or feel free to contact us.
 
 
Q. I’ve selected Local Pickup with my order, how long before I can collect it?
A. Generally orders are ready to collect within 45 minutes and on the same-day. Please wait for our "ready to collect" email before arriving.
 
 
 
 
Q. What types of shipping do you offer?
A. We offer Regular and Express post options on all items to any Australian delivery address.
 
 
Q. Do you ship on weekends?
A. Sorry, we don’t but you are more than welcome to drop by our store on Saturdays from 10am to 1pm.
 
 
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. For Australian orders, we generally quote 2 to 6 working days for regular delivery and 1 to 3 days for Express Post. This off course depends on the destination and is subject to the Australia Post network guidelines.
 
 
Q. Where is my tracking number?
A. Tracking information is included on our dispatch confirmation email. You can also login to your account to access order information.
 
 
 
Q. Do you ship to overseas countries?
A. Yes. We ship to select countries. Check the delivery cost estimator within a product listing for shipping locations and associated costs.
 
 
 
 
Q. Do you have a store? Where is it located?
A. Yes. We currently have a Sydney store and you can visit to collect or purchase items. See contact us page for more information.
 
 
Q. When are you open?
A. Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm (excludes public holidays) and Saturdays from 10am to 1pm.
 
 
Q. You have a local store but do you have local stock?
A. Yes! All items are housed and dispatched from our Sydney store. If a product is advertised as 'in-stock' then it's available to purchase at our store.
 
 
 
 
Q. What does the term "pre-order" mean on a product listing?
A. Generally, this means we take your order ahead of time before stock arrives at our our Sydney warehouse. Items marked as pre-order will also be accompanied by an estimated dispatch date within the item description.
