Support Notes
- After plugging in the adapter, on your Apple computer, navigate to: System preferences -> Sound, and select your Audio output Device.
- Please make sure your Apple computer supports audio output via Mini DisplayPort.
- Note, Apple released its new MacBook Pro at the end of April, 2010 with the new Mini DisplayPort which transmits audio signal.
- If your Macbook was made before that, its Mini DisplayPort does not transmit audio signal. You'll need to use our 3.5mm audio jack cable.
- This adapter requires an additional HDMI cable (sold separately).
