Works very well, with a few minor issues

I have used the Exomount to hold my 9.7" IPad Pro on a daily basis for 3 months now and I must say, it has performed better than I expected. Even though the suction cup does adhere to textured surfaces, it is always a good idea to check & make sure the mount is secure prior to attaching you tablet. There have been a couple off times where it did come loose but was discovered prior to use. Mine is used in a service van that really gets bounced around a lot, much more than you would ever see in a typical passenger vehicle.
One of the drawbacks using the ExoMount is that it is impossible to mount or dismount the iPad with one hand.

Excellent product

I had no issues installing the ExoGear ExoMount Tablet Dashboard Car Mount Holder to the dashboard of my Mitsubishi Lancer. I didn't even have to use the sticky mount adapter and the mount has been rock solid with my Nexus 9 in it.

The only gripe I have with the mount is the release mechanism, which is located behind the tablet. Not the easiest of places to access. But other than that definitely recommend this
