Cable works fine, though some design improvements would make it better.

As a cable, it works fine. I had no problems charging an LG G3 with the micro-USB plug, and an iPad mini gen 1 with the lightning adapter. Cable expands and retracts smoothly and easily.

Minor niggles: The lightning adapter is somewhat difficult to put on at first, a very tight fit and doesn't seem to completely cover the micro-USB plug. Also, the lightning adapter is a separate item, and has the potential for becoming lost: the design could've been improved by somehow attaching the lightning adapter to the cable with a loop or similar.
