First of all well done to the team at gadget4geeks, order was placed and within an hour it was already dispatched and arrived safely 2 days later in Perth.
I had issues with other Bluetooth emitter for my TV but this Avantree Oasis is super simple to set up, comes withbundle of cables, quality is spot on, so far so good!

You can see the professionalism as soon as it arrives complete with a legible manual and all the cables you could possibly want. It arrived (interstate) only 22 hours after ordering. I use it to take a digital output from my tv and transmit to a digital Sound Bar and a Bluetooth headset (Avantree of course). Been using Avantree for 3 years and never disappointed. Gadgets4Geeks also come up trumps with service.

when you have two tvs and people are trying to watch different things it's a horrible experience. With this and Bluetooth headphones it's like I'm all alone with just me and my entertainment. I've been using it everyday since I received it and I'm so happy I did.

Using in transmit mode. The oasis plus is easy to set up easy to pair and performs precisely as described. I am using the pass through feature to connect my sound bar via the optical cable and am using Bluetooth wth my Sony WH-1000XM3. Although the headphones do not have LL, there is no perceptible delay, very happy with my purchase.
Bluetooth reliably connects

I used it as a transmitter only.
On the aptX-HD setting the Bluetooth reliably connected to Nura Bluetooth headphones. When the headphones were put on after a week of no use, auto connection was made, reliably, repeatedly. Connection was stable everywhere within my unit, but walking outside did not meet the 50 m range (not line of sight though, to be fair).
Internal analogue to digital converter was used (for an analogue sound source) - I can't comment on the audio quality of the internal converter as quality assessment was also reliant on the headphones too, but quality appeared trouble free. Audio quality assessment would be irrelevant for optical input as the route is all digital, and would be dependant on your receiving device only.
Note, the description states it can transmit to two devices, but the internal chipset capability does not allow two aptX-HD quality receptions at the same time.
