Glass covers full face of phone so there are no gaps between edge and glass. It is very light so there is no noticeable additional weight to protector as with other glass screen protectors. I have dropped my phone accidentally may times face down and only have minimal cracks showing in screen protector and phone is undamaged as yet. When the phone is wet the screen protector does not seem to inhibit the use of the screen and still functions as normal. Its only draw back seems to be it is a finger print magnet and I am constantly wiping away fingerprint marks from screen . other than that would highly recommend this screen to anyone interested in a high quality glass protector
