Works exactly as promised. The CD-slot mounting is quick and easy to insert but secure and firm once mounted. The magnetic head holds the phone securely while allowing easy release when you take the phone off. The built-in magnets in my phone are positioned badly for keeping the phone away from the gear stick, but the provided magnetic stick-ons are excellent, and allow me to position the phone appropriately.
