A few points about Wireless Charging...

The Qi Wireless charger uses inductive charging, science and magic which means the device may get hot.
But don't worry, your phone won't get too hot to handle - that's what the Overcharge protection is for.
It is completely normal for the inductive coils within both the Nexus 4 and mat to generate heat during the charging cycle.
Also, due to a known Nexus 4 display driver issue, the screen may not be as responsive to touch when on the wireless charging mat - but take it off and it works like normal. We will update these notes when Google issues an official fix.
The best thing about Wireless Charging is there's no fuss with wires!
Simple "set it and forget it" approach.

Compatibility

We've tested the wireless charging mat with the Google Nexus 4 smartphone so we know that works and it works really well.
At this point in time, it is only recommended you use the Nexus 4 with the wireless charging mat.
Other wireless charging devices supporting the Qi Standard may be compatible however remain unsupported by Gadgets 4 Geeks.

Support and further notes

Wireless charging mat requires a Nexus 4 device running Android 4.2 or higher.
Nexus 4 devices must be running official (stock) Google Android OS firmware.
Nexus 4 devices should not be rooted, running a custom rom or have its bootloader modified.
Nexus 4 devices running 3rd party applications, processes or tasks at a system level, that are considered tweaks or enhancements to the Android OS, may experience some issues.
Examples of popular 3rd party applications include Apex and Nova launcher, Light Flow, Notification Enhancer and others.
