Shipping Policy


Orders successfully placed from Monday through to Friday where stock is available will be processed and dispatched within a 24 to 48 hour period.

This period may be extended due to the nature of the order and public holidays in-between.


Orders shipped by Standard Post
  • Allow 1 to 3 working days for standard delivery (subject to the Australia Post delivery network).
  • Please note orders are dispatched from Sydney and delivery times may vary from state to state, city to city and for regional areas.
Orders shipped by Express Post:
  • Guaranteed next business day delivery within the Express Post network (as per guidelines found on the Australia Post website).

Article ID / Tracking Information
  • Orders dispatched by parcel can be tracked via Australia Post's tracking website. Please allow up to 24 hours once an order has dispatched for tracking information to become available.

Overseas orders are:
  • dispatched via Registered AirMail unless otherwise stated.
  • subject to Australia Post guidelines.
  • subject to additional costs depending on the shipping service, destination country and address.
  • subject to border and customs clearance.

Pre-order items are:
  • dispatched as per the date specified within each pre-order product listing (usually highlighted in red).

Please note that orders placed where items are specified as 'pre-order' and 'in-stock' or 'available' are not subject to a split delivery option, unless otherwise requested, at which point additional postage costs are applicable.





You may return a product for refund or exchange within 7 days of the order shipment date. (The order shipment date and order notification are provided by email).

If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged, no problem. Just contact us within 7 days of the item's original shipping date to arrange for the return of your purchase or, in the case of the wrong product, an exchange.

We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all components where applicable and the condition deemed acceptable by Gadgets 4 Geeks. In the case of a refund, it will exclude postage costs.

If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all components where applicable, provided your purchase is in "as-new" condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable item.

Accessories purchased which complement or aid electronic devices such as smartphones and tablets, or which use their functionality, should work as advertised. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure an electronic device has not been modified before use (e.g. software and hardware components are as the manufacturer intended for use). Examples of these modifications include "jailbreaking", "rooting" and "unlocking" smartphone devices where stability and third party influence may compromise its functionality as the manufacturer intended.

When your return is received and reviewed, you will be contacted by email or phone with those options outlined above.

Some products may also be assessed a 15% restocking fee. It is important you contact us before returning item(s) if anything outlined in this policy is unclear.
